Welcome to The Rich Bed & Bath! We're delighted to have you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our house policies below.
We have a strict cancellation policy. 100% refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to check-in. 50% refunded If cancelled at least 7 days prior to reservation. Any cancellations made after 7 days prior to reservations will not receive a refund. Guests checking out before their scheduled departure date are not eligible for refunds.
Smoking Policy
▸ Our property is 100% smoke-free indoors, including all guest rooms and common areas.
▸ Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas-please use the provided ash trays.
▸ A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any indoor smoking or lingering smoke odor in rooms.
Pet Policy
We understand pets are family too! To ensure everyone enjoys their stay: Must be able to climb steep stairs!
Do's
▸ Only well-behaved, house trained pets are welcome.
▸ Please keep pets leashed while on property grounds.
▸ Clean up after your pet immediately!
▸ Pets must be crated at night and never allowed on furnishings.
Don'ts
▸ Do not leave pet unattended at property.
▸ No pets allowed on beds, furniture, or linens.
▸ No excessive barking or disruptive behavior.
▸ No aggressive pets or those that pose a safety risk.
Pet Fee: $25 a night
Pet limit: Maximum of 1 pet per pet friendly room (Only the River Room and Country Retreat).
*We reserve the right to charge you for any damages incurred by your pet. This amount will be based on the extent of those damages.
General House Rules
▸ Quiet hours: 11:00pm-7:00am
▸ Please respect our home, staff, and other guests.
▸ No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors without prior approval.
▸ Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
▸ Check-in anytime after 1pm and Check-out is 10:00am.
