  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in begins after 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A 100% refund is available when cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is available when cancellation is made at least 7 days before the reservation. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation are not refunded.

  • Is smoking allowed at the property?

    Indoor smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including guest rooms and common areas. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and ash trays should be used. Indoor smoking or lingering smoke odor may result in a $250 cleaning fee.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly rooms, which are The River Room and Country Retreat. A maximum of one pet is allowed per pet-friendly room, and the pet fee is $25 per night.

  • Are there rules for bringing a pet?

    Pets must be well-behaved, house trained, and able to climb steep stairs. They must be leashed on the property, cleaned up after immediately, crated at night, and never placed on beds, furniture, or linens.

    Pets may not be left unattended at the property. Excessive barking, disruptive behavior, aggressive behavior, or any safety risk is not allowed.

  • Are parties or outside visitors allowed?

    Parties, events, and unauthorized visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and respect for the property, staff, and other guests is expected.

  • What happens if there is damage during a stay?

    Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Pet-related damage may also be charged based on the extent of the damage.
